Frequently asked questions

We are located in the Pringle Park Plaza next to Marco Polo Restaurant. There is free parking in the lot on-site as well as in the adjacent parking structure. Address: 360 Liberty St SE, Salem, OR 97301

We have a small free parking lot that is first come first serve. Street parking is available with meters (free on weekends, holidays and before 8am or after 6pm ). Free parking is also available in the parking garage on the 3rd floor

Any comfortable clothing will work. Ideally something you can move around easily in. Layers are a good option, as class can heat up and cool down as you move through the flow.

A yoga mat, clothing you can move freely in, water (optional), props that you enjoy using (optional). We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone.

Please register for class ahead of time using the website or MindBody app. We will always try our best to accomodate walk-ins if class is not fully booked.

If you need to cancel: We ask that you cancel your booking within 4 hours or more of the class start time. The class pass will be deducted from your account if you're unable to cancel within 4 hours. Unlimited members will incur a $5 charge. Events and workshops are final sale. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class. We lock the studio doors promptly at the start of class.

All class passes must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

It is recommended to hydrate before, during, and after hot yoga classes. Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle, as temperatures can reach as high as 105*F. Hot yoga classes are for ages 18 and up.

Once you register for the class, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to join. *It is important not to "opt-out" of emails from Common People Yoga as you won't receive the email with the class link.
