Meg Boyd "My yoga journey started in 2010 with a heated studio, soulful music, and movement that made my body and mind feel good. I found a studio where the instructors inspired me to tap into my potential by staying curious and playful, failing-forward, and showing up consistently on my mat. I believe in this philosophy as a teacher and student. I strive to create a welcoming space for all to learn and grow. My classes combine strength and balance using a Vinyasa-style flow to move and energize you. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe. Yoga is an essential part of my life, and not the only thing that fills my cup. I am a marathon runner turned yogi. A former high school English teacher. Life-long learner. Writer. Planner extraordinaire. Food lover. Fraternal twin. Traveler. Sun worshiper. Oregonian who appreciates the beauty of each season. Adventure seeker. And lucky to be married to my best friend and the most incredible partner, Tim." Join Meg... Tuesdays at 6 am: Intermediate - Hot Vinyasa

Fridays at 8 am: Fitness Forward - Hot Power 45 Sundays at 10 am: Intermediate - Hot Vinyasa
