Bring whatever you are currently reading; book, Kindle, audiobook. After an hour of silent reading- you are free to go, or you can stay; quickly introduce yourself and your book and share a synopsis, opinion, or thoughts on your read selection as a way to introduce new books and genres to others!

108 Sun Salutations

Saturday, March 23 | 9:30 AM

To honor the Spring Equinox, a time for rebirth, we will join yoga practitioners around the world in the practice of 108 Sun Salutations. The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is open to all students of all experience levels. We will count each round, doing six sets of six “half Sun Salutations,” six Sun Salutations A, and six Sun Salutations B. This is not intended to be an endurance event but rather a thoughtful, meditative experience.

Bring your yoga mat, towel, and water. We recommend you come to class hydrated, on an empty stomach, and with an intention for Spring.

We’d love you to join Kimberly Hoover for a 3-hour workshop on Saturday, March 30th, from 1-4 pm, if you are interested in deepening your physical and non-physical yoga practice. All levels are welcome!
