November Yoga News

We hope you've been enjoying the new Fall schedule as much as we have. With Halloween behind us, it feels like we're well on our way to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. There is no better way to stay present and grounded than having a solid yoga routine. Keep reading to see all the wonderful classes we have to help you set your yoga routine into motion... and remember, it's never too early to put a Common People Yoga CLASS PASS on your Christmas list. Another perfect way to keep calm during the holiday season is to surround yourself with inspiring friends. Our next community-building event is just around the corner:

CPY Fall Gathering Wednesday, November 15th | 7-9 pm Gamboretti’s | 325 High St SE, Salem, OR 97301 Join us after class for a snack, beverage, and quality time with fellow CPY yogis and friends! “We are sun and moon, dear friend; we are sea and land. It is not our purpose to become each other; it is to recognize each other, to learn to see the other and honor him for what he is: each the other’s opposite and complement.” - Hermann Hesse

In gratitude, Lorissa, Meg & Kym
